To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your item, simply contact us via phone or email using the details below. Pack the shipment carefully to prevent damage during transit, and follow the return instructions provided by our representative.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

1. Returns/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

2. Items must be unused, with the original packaging and tags intact.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share a snapshot via email at [email protected].

5. If self-shipping, items should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

6. Customized products, such as wallpapers, are non-returnable.

Important Notes

  • Items not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Ensure returned items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Use a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.
  • For self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed ₹100 as a coupon code toward shipping costs after we verify the returned items’ quality.
  • Customized orders, including wallpapers, cannot be returned or exchanged.
