Packaging
- Wallpapers & Murals: Rolled in thick paper/PVC rolls to prevent damage during transit. Flat shipping is not available for these items.
- Wall Art & Sculptures: Secured with adjustable corrugated inserts to lock the frame in place, then shipped in corrugated boxes.
- Fabric Items: Shipped folded in protective corrugated paper bags.

Important Notes
- Processing begins only after successful payment. Denied or delayed payments will push back the start of the processing time.
- If Expedited Delivery is selected, priority processing will reduce the processing time by up to three days.
- Orders containing a mix of in-house and special-order items may take 5–7 business days to process, as they will ship together in one shipment.
- For cost-effective shipping, similar items are combined into one shipment. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we may hold your order temporarily to ship everything together.
